Refund policy

Most items are made to order/custom items. No returns/refunds or exchanges unless seller is at fault (such as wrong color, item, or font). All non-custom items can be returned for store credit, only if damaged, within 14 days. Junky Lux thoroughly checks all items before shipping out to ensure there are no issues with your item. If there is any issue with the item, buyer must notify seller via email immediately upon receiving item. Item must returned to the following address:
